I bought this white Elchim 2001 as a companion/temporary replacement for my 5 year old black 2001. I sent my original one to be repaired by Elchim for a problem I caused. This is the best dryer I have ever owned and they have lifetime warranties- no receipts needed for service. I recommend this dryer to anyone who asks. I have wavy/frizzy fine hair that I straighten and this dryer has a lot of air power instead of heat.
