View our selection of Hair Dryers.

Drying your hair is a part of everyone's' hair care. Using the right hair dryer can help you to keep your hair healthy and beautiful. The usage of blow dyers also allows to better control the shape of the hair in the process of styling, by accelerating and controlling the formation of temporary hydrogen bonds inside the hair. Hairstyles using blow dryers usually have more volume and control.

HairProducts.com has every type you may need ceramic hair dryers, ionic hair dryers, thermal hair dryers, salon hair dryers, travel hair dryers, infrared hair dryers, palm hair dryers, and more. We also carry all the top brand names that you have come to respect Conair, Babyliss, Andis, Solano and more.

The best procedure for drying your hair is as follows:

Step 1: Twist hair up into a towel in order to remove excess water. How long you keep it wrapped in the towel is up to you-my hair is long, so time permitting, some leave for as long as 15 minutes.

Step 2: Comb out any tangles and part hair as you wish.

Step 3: Gather hair and twist except for a thin layer at the base of your head. Pin hair atop your head with the clip.

Step 4: Begin drying the loose hair. Use the lowest heat setting that will work for you to keep your hair healthy. When hair is complete dry, turn off hairdryer and brush or comb hair.

Step 5: Remove clip and take another section of hair to be dried. Re-twist your hair and replace pin.

Step 6: Repeat step 4 as necessary. For thicker hair, you may need to separate hair into sections several times.

Step 7: Once hair is completely dry, brush and style as you wish, or leave it down, as it should be less dried-out and more manageable. If your hair is not completely frizz-free and cooperative, rub a small amount of gel in your hands (a nickel's worth or a quarter's worth) and gently smooth over your hair, paying close attention to the ends.

Hair Drying Time

Drying and styling time will vary based on your hair's thickness and length. Approximate Time Required: 10-20 minutes, depending on thickness and length of hair.

To reduce drying time you can use ionic hair dryers. They can dry your hair in half the time with half the heat helping to prevent split ends, fly-aways and frizzy hair.

The Ionic Hair Dryer was developed to help restore, fortify and beautify your hair. It emits millions of charged particles called ions that bond to your hair, breaking down moisture molecules with very little heat. Your hair absorbs the smaller molecules and cell damage is reduced while nutrients are sealed inside each hair shaft. The moisturizing effect makes even thinner hair look fuller, shinier and softer.
