Explanations of Item Status:

In Stock - This means that item is currently in our store inventory and can be shipped within 1 to 2 business days. In rare cases, multiple orders may occur at the same time causing "in stock" items to become temporarily backordered or unavailable. If this occurs, you will be notified immediately of your order options.  

Special Order - This means that item is a special order item and can take up to 1 to 3 weeks to ship. You may contact us for more specific information regarding special order items.

Backordered - This means that item is temporarily out of stock and is currently on order with our suppliers.  It may take up to 1 to 3 weeks to ship this item.  If you have also ordered items in stock with backorder items, the items in stock will be shipped seperately with normal time frame.

Out of Stock - This means that item is currently out of stock in our inventory and is most likely backordered or out of stock with our suppliers. Unless this  item has been suddenly discontinued, you may typically expect this item to again become available at some short time in the future. Please use our auto-notification feature to keep informed of the availability of this item.

Discontinued - This means that item is out of stock in our store, unavailable from our suppliers and may have been either completely discontinued by the manufacturer or is in the process of new packaging where the manufacturer decides to change the image of packaging and labeling of item. Occasionally, we are able to acquire the older packaging "discontinued" items through our various suppliers.  Item image and information will remain on our website until we are absolutely sure that we are unable to acquire this item. Please use our auto-notification feature to keep informed if this item should it become available or contact us by email to find out more information about this item, such as possible new packaging by manufacturer for this item.
