Explanations of Item Status:
In Stock - This means that item is currently available in our store inventory and can be shipped from our warehouse within 1 to 3 business days. Note: In rare cases, multiple orders may occur at the same time you place your order causing "in stock" items to become temporarily backordered or unavailable. If this occurs, you will be notified immediately of status and available alternatives and options.
Special Order - This means that item is a special order item and can take up to 1 to 2 weeks to ship out. You may contact us for more specific information regarding special order items.
Backordered - This means that item is temporarily out of stock and is currently on order with our suppliers. Although some items may be received and shipped within a few days, it may take up to 1 to 3 weeks to ship out your order. If you have also ordered items which are in stock with backordered items, the items in stock will be shipped seperately with normal time frame.
Out of Stock - This means that item is currently out of stock in our inventory and is most likely backordered or out of stock with our suppliers. Unless this item has been suddenly discontinued, you may typically expect this item to again become available at some short time in the future. Please use our auto-notification feature to keep informed of the availability of this item.
Discontinued - This means that we either discontinued carrying the item at our store, unavailable from our suppliers, completely discontinued by the manufacturer or it is in the process of new packaging and/or formulation where the manufacturer decides to change the image of packaging, labeling or ingredients of item. Occasionally, we are able to acquire the older packaging of "discontinued" items through our various suppliers or we may decide to carry any available newly packaged and/or formulated item. Note: Item image and information will remain on our website until we are absolutely sure that we are unable to acquire it.
