RETURN POLICY AND INSTRUCTIONS-

We have a 30 day satisfaction guarantee on most items. Qualified returns will receive a full refund less shipping and handling cost or estimated shipping and handling cost for items with free shipping. All items must be returned in their original packaging with all instructions, receipt, and return authorization form. Please allow 10-14 business days for your refund to be processed, once items are received in our warehouse. You may email customer service for more information.
* We do not accept returns or give refunds for any international orders outside of the U.S, unless package is lost or damaged during delivery or order is wrong due to our error.
* All original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Follow these easy steps when returning an item:

1. Contact our customer service department at 818-503-4806 or 888-510-4247 to request a Return Authorization Form or RAF.

2. Send package to All Essentials, Inc. c/o Returns 7069 Vineland Avenue North Hollywood CA 91605 and clearly mark RETURN on box.


Please allow up to 10-14 business days from the time we receive your package to be processed thoroughly and a refund or exchange to be issued. All refunds will be issued back through the method of payment originally used.

Please completely read our detailed return policies below:

Exchanges: If your item qualifies for an exchange, please contact us immediately to request an exchange. Item must be in original packaging and unused. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to us and then back to you again. A 10% restocking fee may apply. If exchange is due to our error, we will pay for shipping both ways and/or find a mutually suitable resolution to satisfactorily correct the error. Once we have received your return package, your refund or exchange can begin its process. Note: Some items may have specific terms individually stated under its listing.

Damaged or Defective: If item is damaged or defective upon delivery, please notify us within 24 hours so that we can make a claim with the shipping carrier or manufacturer. Once we have received the item and it has been tested and found defective or damaged, your refund or an exchange can begin its process,

Free Shipping Returns: If you are returning an item that did not have any shipping charges applied. Then the original shipping and handling amount will be used to deduct from returns.

Final Sale: Some items may be marked and/or include but not limited to Open Box Items, Special Order Shears, Chemical Items, Supplements, Hygiene Related Items, Specialty Combs and Brushes (i.e Mason Pearson), Personal Health Items, Personal Massagers. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for these items. If you are experiencing a problem with any 'Final Sale" items, please contact us and our customer support will assist you.

Refusal of Delivery: Please do not refuse delivery, as this can be costly in fees. There will be a 25% restocking fee on all refused packages and Shipping fees either way will be deducted from any refund. Item must be received back safely in new condition to receive a full refund. If packaging is damaged an extra 10% damage fee will be deducted from any refund.

Inspection of Returns: All returns are inspected, please be sure to send your items back in their original packaging with all manuals and instructions. All returns will be inspected for defects or other reasons given for return. We reserve the right to approve or deny any returns based on our inspection guidelines. If an item does not qualify for return, customer will be contacted, and given the option to have items shipped back (at cost to customer) or have the items disposed of.

After 30 Days: We are unable to accept returns after 30 days. Some items have factory warranties. Please contact the manufacturer of the item for more information. You may also contact us for any questions or assistance.

Final Sale for Adult Sensual Items: We cannot accept returns for any Adult Personal Sensual Items These items include but are not limited to: Personal Massagers, Adult Toys, Personal Vibrators, Condoms Etc. These items will be specifically marked as 'Personal Sensual Item'. No Exchanges, No Returns, No Exceptions.

RA# and Return Authorization: Please use a RAF (RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM) when returning or exchanging any item/s. Failure may result in delay or refusal of your return or exchange. Your receipt must accompany all returns.
