All items shipped back to us, must be packaged with secondary outside packaging. If items are shipped to us using their original manufacturer's packaging or box only, without secondary outside packaging and/or if the original packaging has writing, labels or tape on it, your return or exchange will be refused. All Refunds and exchanges for general in stock products are subject to a 15% administration fee and shipping costs both ways.
