Crème Toner is the perfect finish for highlighting and double-process blonding. The soft palette of permanent colors creates shimmery pastel blondes, impossible to achieve with ordinary haircolors. Tones pre-lightened hair. Controls brassiness and unwanted yellow.

Mix 2oz. of Crème Toner with 2oz. of Clairol Professional 20 Volume Developer in applicator bottle or non-metallic bowl. Apply to shampooed, towel-dried hair. Process up to 15 minutes to tone double-process blondes and 5-10 minutes to tone highlights.
