Pour contents into a non-metallic glass or plastic bowl. Mix with one of the following Clairol Professional Developers:

Pure White: 10, 20 or 30 Volume 1.5oz
Clairoxide: 10, 20 or 30 Volume 1.5oz

Stir into a rich, creamy consistency. Use for off-the-scalp lightening only. Check development regularly, until you achieve desired level of decolorization.

Potassium Persulfate, Ammonium Persulfate, Sodium Metasilicate, Sodium Stearate, Silica, Hydrated Silica, Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Aluminum Distearate, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate.
