Apply to shampooed, towel dried hair. For deeper conditioning, leave on for 2 to 5 minutes. For even more intense conditioning, apply moderate dryer heat for 5 minutes. Rinse.

I have long, bleached hair that is very dry and damaged. I have been using this product for over 5 years. It's one of the best conditioners out there- I've tried dozens !! I think it's the natural oils ( like sunflower seed ) which make this moisturizer so superior. My hair always feels silky, shiny and fluffy after I use it. Never oily, heavy, greasy or sticky.
