Step 2 Groom- Soften cuticles by soaking in warm water for five minutes. Push back excess skin with Revlon Expert Effect Cuticle Stone. Rub stone in circular motions around base of nail bed to remove excess skin. Use tip of stone to gently clean under nails. Stone may be used as a file to smooth rough nail edges.
