Perfect Comb Out Neutralizer for Professional Use Only.

Directions

When desired wave is formed, water rinse waving lotion from wound curls thoroughly, with comfortably hot water. Then blot wound curls thoroughly with towel.

Prepare Neutralizer: Pour 3 1/2 ounces into clean plastic applier. Screw nozzle on applier. Neutralizer is ready to use. Do not dilute or add anything. (Always rinse out applier and nozzle after each wave.)

Now Neutralize: Starting at the crown area, apply neutralizer to all curls top and bottom. Apply again to the top of all curls. Wait 5 minutes. Remove rods without stretching hair. If any neutralizer remains, apply it to unwrapped curls.

Gently work neutralizer into all the hair, with the palms of your hands.

Rinse hair thoroughly with warm water.
