Place bottle in a glass of hot tap water. Shampoo hair and towel dry. For long hair, massage 1oz of warmed oil into hair and scalp. For shorter hair, use just 1/2oz. Cover hair with heat cap or warm dry towel for 3 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with warm water, towel dry and style as desired. Bottle may be reheated as often as necessary, for repeated use.
