Pour 7 level scoops for Basic White into a non-metallic glass or plastic bowl. Mix with one of the following Clairol Professional Developers. Stir into a rich, creamy consistency. Add additional developer, if needed. Use for off-the-scalp lightening only. Check development regularly, until you achieve desired level of decolorization.
