Born Blonde Toner is a gentle no peroxide, no ammonia color. Use BORN BLONDE to tone pre-lightened hair for clients with sensitive scalps or to refresh highlighted, high-lift or color treated hair.

Shake well before using. Mix 2 ½-3oz. of Born Blonde Toner with 1 packette of Born Blonde Color Balance Crystals. Apply to shampooed, towel dried hair. Cover hair with plastic cap. Process at room temperature up to 30 minutes. Rinse well.
