Directions:
When using water wrap perms
Shampoo. Towel dry. Apply PHRE PERM instead of water as you wrap the hair. Proceed with Perm Wave Lotion as directed.
When using lotion wrap perms
Shampoo. Towel dry. Apply PHRE PERM to entire head. Place under dryer until dry. Proceed with perm.
