Feria Professional Multi-Tone Color Developer Plus. Crème Oxydante Plus Coloration Multi-Reflets.Revelador Plus Multi-Tonalidades.
Do not use this developer and relaxed hair. Use this 30 vol. developer with Feria Professional shades levels 9 and 10 (yellow labels).
TO USE: Pour 2.4 fl. oz. of Freia Developer into an applicator bottle, mixing bowl or shaker. Add entire contents of Feria Color bottle (2.4 fl. oz) and mix well. Apply to dry unwashed hair.
On Virgin Hair: Apply from roots to ends. Develop 25 minutes.
To Retouch Color: apply to roots, develop 25 minutes then leave on lengths and ends for 2 – 3 minutes. If the color needs refreshing, leave on roots 15 minutes, then comb through and leave an additional 10 minutes. To remove, rinse with warm water. Follow with Feria Professional Color Moisturizing Treatment.
