This new dust-free, concentrated formula delivers faster, superior lightening power. It stays moist and creamy for easy application and throughout development time. On-scalp and off-scalp techniques can now be used to create a variety of styles.
Preparation:
Place one scoop of Quick Blue into a non-metallic mixing bowl and slowly mix Oreor Crème Developer until desired consistency is reached.
Developer Mixing:
Off-Scalp Application: For foil or plastic wrap techniques mix with 1.5 to 2oz of 20 or 30 volume crème developer, depending on the level of lift you want to achieve. On-Scalp Application: Mix with 1.5 to 2.5oz of 20 or 30 volume crème developer, depending on the level of lift you want to achieve.
Application and Development:
Off-Scalp Application: Apply mixture to hair, using highlighting technique (foil, balayages or frosting cap). Check development at regular intervals until you achieve desired degree of lightness, up to 50 minutes. On-Scalp Application: Virgin Hair Divide in four sections, starting in the nape area and using ¼’ parting, apply a generous amount to lengths and ends of each strand, keeping product 1’ away from scalp. Continue applying in this way until all strands are complete. Once hair has reached desired lift (maximum 40 minutes- hair will continue to lift while you apply to the roots), start at the nape area and apply fresh product to roots following the same procedures. Leave on an additional 10 minutes.
Removal:
Carefully and completely rinse product from hair and shampoo lightly.
