CAUTION: This product contains ingredients which may cause skin irritation on certain individuals and a preliminary test according to the following directions should first be made. This product must not be used for dyeing the eyelashes or eyebrows; to do so may cause blindness. Before every application, apply a few drops of this product to a small cleaned dry area on inner fold of the elbow. Leave uncovered and undisturbed for 48 hours. If no abnormal condition results, then make application. Do not apply if scalp is erupted or diseased. Shake well – Do not dilute – Do not rinse
DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Shake well before using. Apply Fanci – Full Mousse on clean, towel –dried hair. Can must be held upside down. Dispense desired amount into palm of hand, and distribute evenly throughout hair with both hands-comb or brush.
