Warm bottle in hot tap water for 2-3 minutes. Apply about 1 oz of warmed oil to shampooed towel-dried hair. Work thoroughly into hair concentrating on any damaged areas. Leave on for 1 minute. For deeper conditioning, wrap head in warm towel and leave on for 5 minutes. Rinse thoroughly.

I have used Loreal hot oil treatment for years. I have tried other hot oils, but have not been satisfied with any other products other than this one. I hope you continue to make this product available for consumers.
