Wash hair and dry thoroughly. First Application (Straightening Cream): apply an ample amount to the hair and mold accordingly to a desired style (leave it on for 10 minutes). After 10 minutes, check the curls and if satisfied, rinse out the cream with warm water. Second Application (Neutralizer): apply 1 to 2 times as you feel necessary and then leave it on for five minutes. Shampoo and rinse with warm water. Dry and style your ahir as desired.

I love this product. Extremely easy to use. Hair feels great. However, I should have left on a little longer, which shows it is not that strong. I paid $60.00 for this supposed natural hair relaxer, burn hair and skin. It was terrible! What a wast of $.
I will surely use this again.
