DON'T FORGET THE SILENT SUFFERING!! of thousands of Animals and Pets which are still stranded scared and struggling in the floods and destruction. Many pets were left behind during the initial evacuation. These dogs, cats and other animals are trapped in basements, tied up, locked in garages, attics, up in trees, anything you can imagine. Farm animals by the thousand were killed by the storm, yet many survived only to suffer in the flood waters and aftermath, unless we get them HELP NOW!. They are helpless victims of this storm and need our help too. Please help with whatever you can.
