    Curls Up Curling Mousse adds volume, texture and control to frizzy, uncontrollable curls. Tightens your curls, eliminates frizz and provides long-lasting hold without weighing hair down or leaving it sticky.

    Directions

    Dispense a small amount of mousse into palm. Apply to damp hair. Work into and through hair thoroughly. Scrunch hair and let dry naturally, or blow dry with a diffuser. Finish with FX Curl Booster spray for all day style.
